Hyundai 2015 Genesis Will Work With Google Glass

Hyundai is taking car technology to new levels with their 2015 Genesis that will allow owners to connect to their vehicle using wearable devices like Google Glass. Their cloud-based Blue Link platforms allows for features like remote start and service information accessible via Google Glass and other similar devices. The Blue Link app will offer the same push notifications they'd get via a smartphone. Notifications that will be given include maintenance, remote start, remote door lock/unlock, vehicle finder, POI send-to-car powered by Google and more.

But this isn't Hyundai's first foray into implementing the latest technology in its cars. Back in 2010, they launched the the all-new Equus premium sedan with an innovative iPad application that effectively replaced the vehicle owner's manual with a digital, interactive version. And this past summer, their new Car Care app allowed Hyundai owners without Blue Link to schedule service, look up maintenance schedule, read quick reference guides and more. With the launch of Blue Link, Hyundai also launched its Blue Link app for iOS and Android devices to provide subscribers fast access to Blue Link features while on the go.
