The 2014 NFL pre-season is already upon us, and football fever is revving up once more. It's also that time of year we gamers know a new Madden game is about to launch. Now I love Madden, but buying a new one every year to keep up with the player lineups feels like a necessary but evil expenditure. If only there were a way to get the game for free... Well, there is if you're willing to buy an Xbox One. Microsoft has finally unveiled a new Xbox One bundle which includes the newest Madden NFL 15, but as an unexpected bonus, it'll only cost you as much as a standard Xbox One sans game.
Xbox One Madden NFL 15 Bundle is $399 with free shipping at the Microsoft Store. The system officially launches on August 26th, the same day Madden NFL 15 is out.
No need to rush out to a brick and mortar Best Buy or GameStop, either. Pre-order at the MS Store online by August 22nd at 2pm Pacific and you'll have your console arrive at your door on the August 26th launch date. That saves you a trip to the store.
This year's Madden NFL 15 is focusing on improving the defensive gameplay. The attempt is to use a 'player lock' camera from NCAA Football 14 to improve pass rushing and tackling.
